Congratulations to St Hugh’s Graduate student, Eleanor Hevey (EMBA, 2020), who is one of two students representing Saïd Business School to be nominated in the Poets & Quants Brightest and Best EMBAs 2023. The award aims to shine a light on the outstanding EMBA students studying at business schools across the world who have demonstrated meaningful impact on their fields.
Described as a ‘Strategist and policy leader in climate and social impact. Driving innovative approaches in public-private impact finance’; Eleanor attributes her success: ‘As noted in my Poets and Quants feature, these past years have proved very challenging personally – navigating complex caring responsibilities, a close family bereavement and raising a young family while pushing myself professionally and on the EMBA. Embarking on the EMBA is a whole family commitment and my husband has been a huge support. The EMBA S21 and wider SBS community of women has been extraordinary – we continue to work to coach and lift each other up, champion each other’s successes and provide that real close-knit community of support. A community that I hope we will continue to foster over many years to come.’
